In 2019 GETABEC Plc. Ltd. of Thailand and SCHNEIDER KESSEL Holding Company of Berlin/Germany formed a Joint Venture Company, the SCHNEIDER ENERGY SYSTEM GmbH. The company develops special and new technology boilers. As the first product range we introduce the Schneider series of boiler for the palm-oleo and oleo-chemical industry.

The right solution for every need:

  • Water tube boilers as steam generators and hot water generators for small outputs and operating pressures for the chemical, food, and process industries

  • Waste heat boilers in flue tube or water tube boiler design for energy recovery from waste process heat or exhaust gases from thermal power processes

The SKE steam and hot water generators are manufactured and marketed in accordance with the EU directive (DGRL) 2014/68/EU as well as the applicable EN12952 and EN12953 standards. We also manufacture and supply boilers and pressure vessels according to ASME standards.

Designed as a horizontal boiler the SCHNEIDER -HP has been especially developed for splitting processes in the palm-oleo and oleo-chemical industry.
The SCHNEIDER-HP finds its application in open circuits preferably in palm oil distilleries (splitting) where the steam comes in direct contact with the product.
The ERK-HP boiler is superior to all steam generator systems without a drum since it is the only high pressure steam generator which guarantees absolute dry and pure saturated steam with no carry over.
Only with the SKE-HP boiler product contamination can be avoided along with achieving constant steam parameters and high splitting rates

HPB Series

The HPB is a high pressure steam boiler with steam drum especially designed for open steam circuits. The boiler supplies high pressure steam for thermic process engineering plants where special safety regulations are enforced particularly in productions where the steam comes in direct contact with the product.
The HPB is a natural circulation boiler where the steam drum is arranged above the vertical designed tube cage.
Normally steam drum and tube cage are delivered together with riser and steam overflow tubes as well as the down-comers as one unit making the local installation fast and easy. In case of limited space the drum can be delivered separately to be installed on site above the boiler wherever space is available.

The main application of the HPB is the entire oil & fats and food & beverage industry especially focused on

  • oleochemical processes, fat splitting.
  • refinery, distillation, fractioning and esterification.

This boiler model of vertical design is especially developed for closed circuits in palm oil refineries where the steam is used as heating medium in distillation columns and where no direct contact with the product occurs. The iNOOK has its worldwide application in thermal processes in the palm-oleo and oleo-chemical industry.
The iNOOK is directly connected with the consumer (i.e. heat exchanger, condenser). The steam-water circulation through the boiler and the consumer is self sustained by the gravity difference between steam and condensate (natural circulation).
The advantage of the iNOOK boiler is that it can be installed and operated even when limited space is available. As a boiler without a steam drum the iNOOK poses for closed circuits a cost-efficient alternative to the ERK-HP with a steam drum.

The SCHNEIDER waste heat boiler type AHK (SB) is a waste heat boiler that is a combination of a flue tube waste heat boiler with a separate steam drum. The flue tube part functions as an evaporator unit, which is connected to the steam drum by means of overflow and downpipes. The drum itself is unheated and generates process steam with no measurable residual moisture content. The mode of operation of this boiler type essentially corresponds to that of our water tube boiler type SKE-HP, which guarantees an extremely safe operation thanks to an internal natural circulation system. Separating the evaporator part and steam chamber, enables steam outputs at significantly higher steam pressures and the greatest possible steam purity or steam dryness (without additional components inside the drum).

Waste Heat Boiler – AHK-ip (SB)

The SCHNEIDER waste heat boiler type AHK-ip (SB) is also a waste heat boiler, which is a combination of a flue tube waste heat boiler with a separate steam drum like the type AHK (SB). However, this is supplemented by the benefits of using special surface structured heat transfer tubes (ERK-tube). These are:

  • Greatly improved heat transfers by increasing flow velocities as a result of turbulence caused by the cross-sectional changes. The resulting savings in heating surface ultimately lead to a significantly more compact and thus space-saving boiler design.
  • Reduction of the deposit accumulation on the heating surface, in case that the flue gas is heavily contaminated with deposit particles. This advantages is the result of the increased turbulence effect as described before.
